Unbelievably good quality. As soon as I opened the package, I knew exactly what my first workout was going to be. I weigh 272 lbs as of this morning and decided to burn out on pull-ups. Having competed in powerlifting for years, I’ve always relied on figure 8 straps for pulls. While I don’t think these will replace those for deadlifts, I do believe incorporating Versa Gripps into my training will take my deadlift to the next level.\n\nI was able to really push myself today. Being this heavy, it’s easy to cop out with 5x5 weighted pull-ups and call it good—mostly because your hands give out first. But when you truly get to use your back? WHOA. You’ll feel it. I ended up doing way more than five reps, and I feel broken in the best way—like I just started working out again.\n\nI can’t believe I let my little baby fingers hold me back from building a thicker back all these years. Versa Gripps have already made a massive difference, and I can’t wait to see where they take my training. Thank you, Versa Gripps. Like Shang from Mulan, you’re gonna make a man out of me.
