Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges - Domestic US:

Versa Gripps accepts returns for refunds and exchanges for size -  exchanges are only for customers located in the US. To start the return process, please visit our Returns Portal. Be sure to have your original order number and the email or phone used to place the order. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days once the courier has returned them to our facility.

If you are exchanging sizes: Please check out our sizing video to ensure a correct fit.

If you are exchanging from a sale priced item to a non-sale item: We will send you an invoice to pay the difference in cost once the original pair has been received and inspected by our team.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase (Black Friday and Christmas holidays are within 60 days of purchase). There is a $5 restocking fee on returns for refunds but exchanges are free. Our refund department reserves the right to determine the amount of the refund based on the wear and tear of the returned product and for any product returned after 30 days.

We only offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, not for color. To choose a different size, please select the correct size from the menu during the exchange process. If there are requests outside sizing exchanges, Versa Gripps will reach out to you for more information. If you wish to purchase a different color please return for a refund and repurchase the correct color.

If you are exchanging from an item purchased on sale to a non-sale item, or upgrading to a more expensive product, we will email you an invoice to pay the difference in cost once the original order has been received.

Please Note: Custom orders are designed just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to measure and size accordingly. 

Due to the personal nature of our apparel we cannot accept returns or exchanges on t-shirts, sweatshirts, or hats.

Limited Editions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns & Exchanges - International:


International Returns (Refunds ONLY)
We do not provide size exchanges for international orders, no exceptions. For international orders, return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Versa Gripps USA is not responsible for gear lost in transit, therefore, we suggest using a traceable shipping service when shipping back returns. If you do not pay enough postage for your return shipping and a balance is still owed to the courier, the amount is deducted from your refund.

You must include your full order number and/or email address inside the package. Failure to include the order number will result in delays locating your order.

Our refund department reserves the right to determine the amount of the refund based on the wear and tear of the returned product and for any product returned after 30 days. Your merchandise refund will take approximately 3-5 business days to process from the return date to our facility. International refunds can take 5-7 business days, depending on the speed of your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds for Lost Packages

If your package has been lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, first check with your assigned carrier – the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx – depending on your order. We require notification of a missing package within 10 days of the package being marked as delivered. If your local post office cannot locate your package, file a lost package claim through the Missing Mail search on the USPS website, not the insurance claim center. For FedEx, please report a missing package through their tracking page. If the package has not been located within 10 business days of your claim submission, Versa Gripps will refund or replace your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have purchased Corso Shipping Protection, you will need to use the Corso tool to look up your order information and file a claim through their portal. This tool can be used for lost or delayed packages or for missing items from your order.
